Administrative Sales Support

The Catholic Parish Cemeteries Association is seeking to fill a full time Administrative Sales Support position at its main office in the West End of Pittsburgh.  Qualified candidates should possess excellent communication and organizational skills, the ability to multi-task and provide research and support to our sales team.  

Knowledge and Skills

  • Attention to detail and organization, with a high level of accuracy.
  • Initiative and ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Positive and friendly attitude.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office products such as Word, Outlook, and Excel.

Job Type: Full-time position

Shift: 8:00 a.m-4:00 p.m. Monday-Friday 37.5-hour work week.
